DIY Peachy Keen Face Cream

Nothing says summertime more than Fresh Ripe Juicy Peaches,
and there’s nothing better than enjoying a yummy ripe peach.
I love cutting up a peach, placing it in a bowl and pouring it in a bit of milk for a yummy snack. Peaches are delicious to eat,
but did you know they are also really amazing for your skin.
Peaches contain natural alpha hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate and
clean your skin, as well as Vitamins A and C to strengthen and nourish your skin.
Using this fruit on your skin once a week during the summer
can help keep your skin so smooth and soft.
Trust me you will love the results and feeling.
You can actually just peel a peach and rub it directly on your face,
leave it for about 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water.
For a more clever recipe, here is one of my favorites.
This Peachy Keen Face Cream includes heavy whipping cream
which is awesome for your skin because it moisturizes it
and it is super rich in vitamins.
I hope that you will give it a try, your face will feel nourished after this daily treatment.

Tips:
  • Store in your fridge in an airtight container.
  • Peaches contain anti-inflammatory agents to counteract skin inflammation and improving your skin’s health by combating clogged skin pores, wrinkles, blemishes, sun spots, irritation and firms.
  • Heavy whipping cream is rich in proteins, calcium, lactose, fat, vitamin A, B12, D and zinc, which will smooth and nourish your skin.
hope that you will join me this summer
and put some food on your face daily.
