The Dead Sea Mineral Mud in this recipe is not the same kind of mud you may find in your backyard. All I find in my Florida backyard is sand. ;o) Dead Sea Mineral Mud is loaded with wonderful rich elements, that include Dead Sea salts and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium.
Mineral Mud Mask
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Dead Sea Mineral Mud
2-3 Drops of Spearmint Essential Oil
3-4 Drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
3-4 Drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
Directions:
In small bowl combine the dead sea mud and essential oils. Mix well to combine the oils with the mud.
Instructions:
Apply a thin layer directly on your face, avoiding your eyes, nose and lips. Leave this on for a intensive moisturizing treat for up to 15 minutes. Rinse and wash the mask away with warm water and a soft cloth. Follow up with your favorite toner and facial moisturizer.

Results:
In just a few minutes after applying this mask I feel a tingling effect. As the mud starts to dry, I feel my face tightening. After I wash the mud treatment off my face, I am always happy with the results. My face looks fresher, brighter, smoother and is super soft.
Tips:
- Rosemary essential oil can help wake up tired or mature skin, helping it appear healthier and younger looking.
- Frankincense oil is one of the best essential oils for your face, as it helps to keep your skin looking youthful and firm.
- Applying a facial mask 1-2 times per week can drastically improve the quality of your complexion.
- This mud mask is lightly exfoliating and unclogs pores.
- If you have oily skin or acne add a spoon full of green clay to this recipe to draw out the oily and impurities.
- After you remove this mask spray your face and neck with Facial Toner, and apply Shea Butter Facial Lotion to restore a natural balance.
- Dead Sea Mineral Mud is available for purchased in my Etsy Shop.
